The Kensington Community Alliance (KCA) is a nonprofit organization rooted in the heart of Kensington, Philadelphia. We are committed to driving change by fostering community engagement, revitalizing our business corridors, and creating a vibrant, safe, and inclusive neighborhood for all.
Through innovation, education, arts, and culture, we aim to reimagine what it means to be a united community of neighbors and small businesses. KCA is more than an organization — we are a collective effort to inspire happiness, self-sufficiency, and wellness while addressing the challenges faced by our neighborhood.

KCA is dedicated to implementing impactful initiatives designed to uplift and transform the Kensington community. Here’s what we’re working on:

- Annual block parties, street festivals, and pop-up art shows

- Community marketplaces featuring small business vendors
- Beautification Projects
- Flower planters and seasonal decorations along our business corridors
- Artistic trash receptacles to promote cleanliness and reduce littering
- Small beautification efforts to bring vibrancy back to neglected areas
- Workshops & Education
- Business development workshops for local entrepreneurs
